Kim Ahern for AG Campaign Announces Key Hires

October 29, 2025 (PROVIDENCE, RI) – The Kim Ahern for Rhode Island Attorney General campaign today announced several key hires that are supporting the campaign with media, communications, and fundraising. These team members include:

• AL Media. An award-winning full-service media agency, AL Media will manage the campaign’s paid media operation and creative direction including production, ad buying, and social media. AL Media has experience with clients at all levels of government and across 45 states, including President Barack Obama, Vice President Kamala Harris, Senators Ed Markey and Raphael Warnock, Governors Dan McKee, Janet Mills, and Katie Hobbs, and Attorney General Patrick Lynch.
• Julie Andrews & Associates. Julie Andrews is a longtime political fundraiser with extensive experience working with Rhode Island candidates at the federal, state, and local levels. She will lead the campaign’s fundraising operation.
• Block Campaigns. Josh Block has spent more than a decade as a communications advisor on both the official and campaign sides to Rhode Island leaders including Governor Gina Raimondo, Providence Mayors Brett Smiley and Jorge Elorza, and Congressman David Cicilline. He will oversee the campaign’s earned media operation and serve as the point-of-contact for media inquiries.
