Beauchamp becomes the second mayor to endorse in the AG’s race, following Johnston Mayor Polisena’s endorsement of Ahern last week

April 14, 2026 (PROVIDENCE, RI) — Woonsocket Mayor Christopher Beauchamp today announced that he is endorsing Kim Ahern for Rhode Island Attorney General. Mayor Beauchamp’s endorsement today comes on the heels of last week’s endorsement from Johnston Mayor Joseph Polisena, Jr.
